You define the journey.
We help you get there.
Datamaps
Organizing your work-life with software can be difficult. Does it fit your routines? What do you have to learn? Are there limitations that matter? What will it cost, initially and ongoing?
Whether you are a professional who needs better tools or a non-profit or small business that needs more efficiency, we can help. We have the experience and expertise to identify smart apps that fit your needs for good data, your budget for sotware and support, and your own talents for design and use.
Often, the first and most important step is to understand in detail the work-steps and data-flows that your apps must both streamline and execute. If needed, we may help you deploy the apps you select or help you customize parts of your workflow with AI.
Coaching
You are working with some software. Maybe a platform designated by your employer, or a user-friendly, do-it-yourself app on the internet. Or a collection of documents and spreadsheets you want to manage more efficiently with AI.
But you need some help. Ask if we can assist you directly or can recommend a trustworthy consultant.
Coaching can take many forms: Meet you one-on-one to cowork as we share screens. Help you get past a road-block. Identify and test some tricky scenarios or use-cases. Jump-start your team with customized training, or shoulder-surf to help them become adept users of work-related software.
We aim to help you do the job yourself, not do it for you.
AI Smarts
Everyone is learning about AI. Few of us are experts β yet. Our approach at Benegence is to help you learn as we learn. If we are a step ahead, we might offer some coaching. If itβs the other way around, we might interview you on Substack.
An easy way to get started is to follow Me and My Bots on Substack, a series of posts now and then about close encounters with robots, chatty and otherwise.
When we find a good instance of AI that is worth sharing, our newsletter will send subscribers an analytical article. The article might ask hard questions, but our aim is to answer them in ways that are readable, sensible, and practical, not academic or overly technical.
The topics will run the gamut from jpb aids to integrated platforms. We might recommend software products that have done the AI for you, built by developers highly skilled in orchestrating workflows benagentically.
